We are an active private family practice, residing in the small town of Wickenburg, Arizona, that has emphasized in general wellness and nutrition since 1987. With a professional and friendly atmosphere, we welcome patients of all ages.

Diane Juillard DO

Diane Juillard has over 20 years of experience owning her own private practice as a primary care physician. She is very in touch and passionate with her patients and strives to keep patient/doctor relations alive in a growing electronic medical world. She also believes in keeping her patients informed with nutrition, diet and exercise as an important emphasis.

She is currently the primary care physician at Rosewood Center for Eating Disorders also where she has been treating eating disorders for over 10 years. She has also worked for over 16 years in the Emergency Department and the local Wickenburg Community Hospital.

Dr. Juillard is on staff at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Juillard graduated from Ohio State University with a B.A. in Biochemistry. She earned her M.A. in Chemistry from Arizona State University and graduated from the medical school at Western University of Health in Pomona, California. She is a Board Certified D.O. in Family Practice and has certifications in ACLS and PALS.
